I have an odd question to ask. How can people sign up for the SECAP classes? I'm looking for classes for my 5 Sister and brothers-in-law (my husbands younger half-siblings ages 12-17). But I can't find any info (I'm in the U.S.) on the internet. They live in Santo Domingo (near Quito).
